Description

Atelier 365 is a traditional cabinetmaking school and a furniture workshop based in Brussel creating objects, interiors and furniture since 2012. Founded by Belgian designer Laura Greindl (1986), the atelier seeks a collaborative approach and aims to insufflate traditions and functionality in everyday life. Fascinated by traditional wood joints, Greindl constructs wooden furniture without any nails or screws. Every joint is cut by hand, using chisels and a Japanese dozuki handsaw for precision.

Her SOLID Walnut series for Valerie Objects consists of four basic designs in walnut — a table, a stool and a bench in two sizes. The SOLID collection is wood in its purest and most humble form.
